In this section, I'll be posting a direct short answer, and a long explained answer; I want to be as direct as I can, but also giving you a reasoning about it, hope it simplifies reading a lot of text with terrible english grammar!

Do you do custom works?

If is a simple change or a simple product and I’m available, is a yes.

When it comes to custom works I do treat every work as unique, and in the big scope of Second Life I can’t guarantee uniqueness. You might pay for a custom work, but if somebody else also pay me to do a custom work very similar as the one you already commission, is still a custom work, yet this doesn't seem right... I mean, you wanted to be unique and now other person has a product as yours! That’s the point of custom works, after all. Now, if you want a small change for fit the product into another specific product (I.E. change the neck length, a custom rig positioning, etc etc), simple enough works that are a fast patch-up, I can definitively do those, the same goes for very simple parts. feel free to ask me about these kind of works.

I’ve seen a mesh body/clothing that is not available at the marketplace, was that a custom work?

Either is a custom work, or a group gift.

Sometimes people come to me to do a quick change to a body to fit certainly parts or move parts around, in this case be sure is a custom work. Now if you see several people using the same product, and it’s not listed at the marketplace, then it was a group gift. If you are lucky, check at the A.A Meshes SL group, at the News tab, the gift might be there still, all news stay up to 15 days before automatic removal.

You gave away a product as a gift at the SL group long time ago, can I have a copy of that product now?

No, but I might release it later at the marketplace.

I do like to be spontaneous when it comes to gifts, there is no a specific date or schedule when I do this, it’s more of a quick thank-you to everyone that keep my business up, so your best bet for not missing a gift group is to be part of the AA Meshes group and sign up once a week. Now, if the product is good enough and meet sale standards, then be sure I’m releasing that at the marketplace at later times, just be patience, I’m a slow and steady worker here.

When are you releasing new products?

When they are uploaded, tested, packed and released, there’s no schedule for this. Ask for statuf is you like to.

As I mention in the last question, I’m a slow and steady worker: I do want to bring you quality, and I’m always making sure the product is ready for use right out the pack, and you will not have any issues working with it. When I rush a release, is a recipe of disaster, people will point out the flaws and I do take feedback seriously (not in a way that depress me, mind you…!), and I feel in the obligation to fix it ASAP, and I am someone that work in many things at the same time; this is not good neither for you nor for me. I do have to ask you for patience on this one, you can ask me for a status, I do not have a problem with it, and I do note your interest.

I have a suggestion/request for a product, can you do it?

Yes, all suggestions/ request are take in mind.

I do love feedback! (both positive and negative, I do not discriminate here), it helps me out releasing products that people want, and if you suggest me to do specific kind of bodies, or clothing products, or features, I do welcome and even encourage that, I might have a long queue on my hands, but I don’t let ideas go to waste, so just tell me what you like, and if I have many people that are looking for a similar product, the bigger the chances I will do it as a future product.

I’ve purchased this product that says is A.A Meshes compatible but is not working, can you help me?

I’m afraid not, contact the original creator.

Helping out people when it comes to my products is part of my duty, but in the case of any third party products, I’m afraid I can’t help, because I simply don’t have access to the source files or scripting or whatever might be the issue; I can’t work on something I don’t have power. If you have an issue with a third party product, talk to that creator, and ask them to talk to me (I don’t bite here), in that regard I can tell I want to help others develop products for my line, so everyone wins here.

Can I have a redeliver?

Yes if is from the Marketplace, No if it was purchased from the inworld store.

Linden Labs finally enabled re-deliveries on their site, if you bought from there, you can either go to your purchase history and scroll until you find the product you bought, or pay a visit to the inworld store, the vendors will redirect you to the product webpage. Now! If you have been a costumer from this store for a long time, you remember you could buy straight from the vendors, and here’s the problem: I did relay on a third party service, and this service is simply not available anymore, and all the sale data is on a data sheet that can’t be used, unless I decide to take the risk to do this again, which I’m not going to (is not worth the headache, I can tell you that).

I don’t know how to use the product/I don’t like the product, Can I have a refund?

A plain no. Feel free to left a negative review in case I can’t help you.

This is a digital product, and I’m afraid I can’t give refunds just like that. I do encourage costumers to not buy if they don’t know how the templates works, these are not ready-to-use products and require you to have knowledge of several things to use them; I prefer a thousand times to lost a sale than have an unhappy costumer with a useless product. That being said, if you are actually unhappy with the product, contact me, and if we could not found a solution to your issue, left a review, your feedback counts, and help out clients to check the reviews of any possible issue.

I do offer UV maps for specific products (mainly clothing), I do offer dummy model files for you to work on mesh products.
